Training provides the knowledge and skills focused on specific competence (VICTORY). Training is geared to the particular needs of the individual or organization now and in the future. All the training is customized to specific objectives. It focuses on developing behaviors applicable to achieving "real" world results through active involvement of all participants.

Facilitating involves assisting with the conduct of specific interventions geared to a particular result (VICTORY) along the journey.

Consulting assists businesses with achieving  bottom line business results in operations/manufacturing, logistics and customer service.
